At SedaGlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the completed return form (provided by customer service)
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For international returns, any customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
